ELIGIBILITY

This meet is open to H.S. and Jr. H.S. students only. Athletes must compete unattached and not represent their schools.

SANCTIONS & RULES


The meet is governed by and sanctioned under USATF rules. No AAU or USATF membership is needed to compete.
ENTRIES

$15.00 per athlete. Late entries add $20.00. No limit on number of events an athlete may participate in. Online registration opens January 1st,2009 at:

Entry deadline is February 4th, 2009.
AWARDS Metals to top 3 placers in each event.
FIELD EVENTS All participants will have 4 attempts in shot put and long jump.
TRACK SURFACE The track is tartan. Six lanes. one-eighth inch spiked shoes will be allowed and are available at the meet
TIMING: Automatic Timing.
HEATS: We will run finals.
